The brief:
Leading property company, Prupim, required an exciting way to engage with existing tenants at
The Mall at Cribbs Causeway. The communication piece also needed to attract prospective tenants
and build on brand awareness by talking about The Mall’s success stories and the benefits of being
a tenant, incorporating statistics and key facts in an easily accessed, clear and dynamic format.
 
To design a suite of materials for the Packaging Innovation Show, that will attract new clients and
reconnect with existing/previous clients, while showcasing Design Futures and their success in the industry.

The solution:
redcow developed a tone of voice which reflects the quality of the retail experience, using a
proactive and upbeat dialogue which speaks to the target audience. Anchored by M&S and
John Lewis and a selection of well-known,  high-end brands, such as Hobbs, Swarovski,
The Gap and Patisserie Valerie; the editorial of the publication demonstrated the energy and
potential of The Mall and highlighted the sophistication of its core customer base. Sartorial-style
photography and high fashion imagery was commissioned to encapsulate a variety of Cribbs’
customers and employees. Infographics were designed to maximise the impact and readability
of strong facts and statistics.
